Sign into your EtchRock account. Use the email address and password that were used to purchase your ticket. Simply visit www.EtchRock.com to get started
Search for the Running The World 196 virtual challenge by either using the search bar in the top right-hand corner or the 'Discover' button that can be found under the menu button on the left. Simply type 'Running The World' in the search bar.
Select the 'Running The World 196 Virtual Challenge' box to open up the virtual challenge page.
You will land on the 'Running The World' information page. Here you can view information about the challenge and various ways you can get involved. You'll need to visit the 'Training Page', found on the left to join the challenge and log your training.
Select the button 'Join Challenge' to register yourself to log miles for the virtual challenge, as shown below.
Now that you have joined the challenge, you can access it from your own profile anytime. Just head to your profile page and select 'Challenges' followed by 'Running The World' to get back to the page.
When you have done your run and are ready to make your post, head back over to the 'Running The World' page like described above.
Scroll down just under the 'About the challenge section' to the training box shown below. You will want to select the 'Training' button first to start adding the details of your run.
From the drop down menu labelled 'Activity', select 'Running' as shown below. Also be sure to add the duration and distance of your run in the boxes provided.
Once you click 'Leave Your Mark', your run will then be added to the group leader board. Congratulations!
If you are a Strava, Garmin or RunKeeper user and want to import thefromata of your run to the Running The World 196 page, you MUST connect your Strava or RunKeeper account BEFORE you do your run.
