How do I get started with Stripe?

Connect your EtchRock account to a Stripe account in the Payments section. To learn more, visit Accepting credit cards with Stripe.

How to connect Stripe

1. Visit the Apps page 
2. Scroll down until you see Stripe
3. Click connect. 
4. Select 'Allow' to connect your account. You will then be prompted to complete the Stripe form and returned to EtchRock once complete

What payment methods can I accept through Stripe?

You can accept these cards through our Stripe integration:

Visa (credit and debit cards)

MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

American Express Discover (US merchants only)

How does Stripe process payments?

Stripe processes all transactions for you. Once you connect a Stripe account, you can accept payments immediately. Funds are added to your bank account on a seven-day rolling basis. If you’re based in the United States, a two-day transfer may be possible after your first transfer. Visit Stripe's documentation for more information.
