Claim a ticket from a deferral
If you have a ticket which has been deferred then you'll be able to claim another ticket from within your EtchRock account. The below article explains how to claim a ticket.
Note: If the ticket you are claiming costs more than the original, then you will be required to pay the difference.
How to claim a ticket from a deferral
Step 1 - You will receive a deferral email with a link to your existing order. Click on the link in the email or log in to your EtchRock account and navigate to your existing order.
Step 2 - Once you have opened your original order, you will see a 'deferred' badge on the ticket which has been deferred, below this will be a 'claim ticket' button, which you will need to click on.
Step 3 - You'll then be able to select from a list of events available.
Note: If you don't see the event you are looking for it may be that the event organiser hasn't yet published the event. We advise checking their website for updates.
Step 4 - Once you have selected the event we'll then show you a dropdown of available tickets.
That's it, you'll then be able complete the order and we'll email you your new ticket.
