How to make changes to your ticket/registration information

If enabled, you can make changes to the information on your ticket/registration within my orders.

Please note: An event organiser can disallow ticket/registration changes. If this is the case you will need to contact the organiser which can be done within my orders

 

Getting started

To make changes to your ticket/registration information please follow the below steps.

 

1) Go to My Orders

 

2) Click on the 'order details' containing your ticket

 

 

3) Click 'edit participant details'

4) Update the questions you would like to edit and then click save. 

 

You can then make changes to your ticket/registration information.
