Adding an existing order
If you made an order yourself, you should see this on your my orders page.
If you didn’t make the order but are a participant in an event and wish to access your tickets and check in to an event, you can do this by simply entering your last name and the order ID into the add existing order section on the my orders page. You can find the order ID on your ticket, this will have been emailed to you.
Important: When adding your order ID you should not include the hashtag (#) before the order number.
Getting started
1) Go to My Orders
2) Click on the 'add an order' button.

3) Write in the participants last name to add in an individual ticket or the buyers last name to add in all tickets within an order. You should not include the hashtag (#) before the order number

Thats it, you will see a success message and the ticket will be added to your account
