Claiming a ticket using a season pass
When you purchase a season pass on the EtchRock platform you can then use this pass to claim event tickets. The number and type of tickets will be set by the event organiser.
How to claim a ticket using a season pass
First you will have to purchase a ticket. This is done in the same way as buying a ticket. You will be required to fill out the details of the participant. These details will then be used when you claim your event tickets.
Once you have purchased your season pass please follow the below steps.
Step 1 - Log in to your EtchRock account.
Step 2 - Navigate to 'My Orders'
Step 3 - Open the order that contains your season pass
Step 4 - Claim your ticket(s). To claim simply click 'Claim ticket' on the ticket you wish to claim.
On your season pass it will detail how many tickets you can claim and the number left remaining to be claimed. Below this will be a list of all availiable tickets. The event name will appear alongside the ticket name so when you claim a ticket please ensure it is for the correct event.
