Setting up payment instalments for a ticket
This allows customers to split purchases over multiple billing statements. You receive the full amount as if it were a normal charge, and the customer’s bank handles collecting the money over time.

How to set up payment instalments on a ticket.
Step 1 - When creating a ticket open the 'advanced options'
Step 2 - Scroll down to the 'Setup instalments' section and select 'enable'.
Step 3 - Select the number of instalment periods and the frequency in which payments should be collected.
- Periods - The number of payments required to collect the total amount
- Frequency - How often payments will be charged
That's it, customers will be able to select 'Yes, I want to pay in monthly instalments' when registering for your event.
Within an order page you'll see the payment plan and when a charge is completed the charge ID will be displayed. If a payment fails we will retry a maximum of three times and in the event all thee attempts fail we will send you an email letting you know. If this happens you can either send a payment request to the participant or cancel their order.
How this works for the customer
When a participant registers for your event they will be asked 'would you like to pay for this ticket in monthly instalments?' If they select 'yes', they will then be shown the payment plan.
On the checkout page they will again see details within the payments summary section.
