Participant - Contacting an organiser

How do I contact an event organiser?

If you have a question about an event you are thinking about entering, such as what the course will be like, or what the age restrictions are, the event organiser will be the best person to contact. There are a number of ways in which to contact the event organiser from the EtchRock website, which we have detailed below. 

1) From a listing page 

Head over to the event discovery section of EtchRock and type the name of the event you are looking for. Then click on the event and you'll be shown the event listing page, here you will find a 'Contact us' button on the right hand side of the page, within in the organiser information box. 

2) From your order page

If you have already entered an event and have a question for the organiser, such as where you should park on the day, you can navigate to their details by logging in and clicking on 'My orders & tickets'.

Then you will need to click on the order you would like to contact the organiser for, and then select 'Contact Organiser' from the top right 'Actions' box.

You will then be taken through to a contact form, and you can send a message straight through to the organiser.

3) From the organisers own website

You can usually find an event organisers contact information from their own website, try googling the name of the event organiser and navigating to their website/contact page.
