How to add a donation to your order
Some event organisers may decide to collect donations for causes they support. If enabled by the event organiser you can add a donation amount to your order from the checkout page. The below article details how to add and remove a donation to your order.
How to add a donation.
Step 1 - Donations can be added on the checkout page. If enabled you will see a donations section. There will be a message from the event organiser letting you know what they are collecting donations for. Select or type the specific amount you would like to donate.
Step 2 - Once you have selected the amount you would like to donate a button 'Add donation' will appear. Click this to add your donation.
Thats it, the page will reload and you will see a success message letting you know that the donation has been added. The donation amount will then appear within your payment summary .
How to remove your donation.
Once you have added a donation you can then remove this. To remove your donation click on the text 'Remove my donation' on the top right of the donation section (see below image). This text will only appear once a donation has been added.
