Participants - Earn rewards with affiliate links

As a participant you can earn discounts on event tickets and merchandise when sharing your unique affiliate link. Please note that affiliate links are created by the event organiser so may not be available within all events.

How to manage your affiliate links

When you sign up for an event that has an affiliate scheme, you will receive an email containing your affiliate link as well as details on the rewards available. You can also view the status of your affiliate link, share your link and claim rewards from inside your EtchRock account. 

To view and manage your affiliate link, follow the below steps. 

Step 1) Login to your EtchRock account, then click 'My Affiliates', you'll find this at the top right under the title 'Quick links'. 

Mobile users - If you are using a mobile device you can access your affiliate links from within your order page that contains your affiliate link. Alternatively you can click the below link.

Step 2) You'll then see all your affiliate links. On your affiliate link you will either see 'Achieved' or 'Not Achieved', this indicates wether you have earned a reward or not. If you have earned a reward, you'll be able to you claim a reward by clicking the 'claim reward' button.

How to claim a reward earned through your affiliate link

Step 1) Login to your EtchRock account, then click 'My Affiliates', you'll find this at the top right under the title 'Quick links'. 

Step 2) click the 'claim reward' button on the affiliate link section. 

Step 3) You'll then see a section 'Select rewards to claim', click the 'copy code' button next to the reward. 

Step 4) Then when you have copied your reward code click the text link 'Use this code here'. This will take you to either a select tickets page or an event organisers shop.  

 

Step 5) Paste in the reward code by pressing Ctrl+V or Cmd+V into the promotional code field.

That's it, your discount will be applied to your order. For help email [e-mail] 

View Progress 

Step 1) Login to your EtchRock account, then click 'My Affiliates', you'll find this at the top right under the title 'Quick links'. 

Step 2) Find the affiliate section for the event you would like to check and you'll be able to see the below information. 

Visits - The number of times your link has been clicked on 

Discounts received - The number of discounts you have earned.

Orders - The number of orders placed using your affiliate link.

Share your affiliate link 

Method 1 - Copy link from your EtchRock account

Step 1) Login to your EtchRock account, then click 'My Affiliates', you'll find this at the top right under the title 'Quick links'. 

Step 2) Then click the 'share' button located on the event affiliate link. 

 

Step 3) Copy the affiliate link using the share icon, or highlight and save the link by pressing Ctrl+C or Cmd+C on the keyboard to copy it. 

 

Step 4) Then Once the address is copied, paste the link to your social media channel or within an email by pressing Ctrl+V or Cmd+V. 

That's it, when someone clicks on your link or buys a ticket you'll be able to see this in the progress section. When you receive a reward, we will email you letting you know and you'll then be able to claim your reward.
