If you have bought a group ticket and would like to complete the registration information for your team member, you can do this within your EtchRock account. Follow the below steps to get started.
To complete your team mates registration information follow the below steps.
1) Go to My Orders
2) Click on the 'Order Details' for the relevant ticket
3) Scroll down to view the tickets within the order and then click 'Send Invite' on the ticket(s).
4) Complete the form and click 'Save'.
That's it, the registration information will be added and you'll be able to download your ticket.
