Understanding Loyalty Rewards
Understanding and identifying if your participants have been to multiple events is not always as simple as searching a name or email. With participants using multiple email addresses to register for your events, with family members buying tickets for their partner, brother, sister and using their own email address and with different people having the same first and last name (we see it more often than you would think), it can be difficult to identify a participant within all of your events. A participant UI (unique identifier) uses the participants first name, last name and date of birth to create a unique identifier for the participant. This UI can then be used to search for all activity associated with this participant helping you to isolate activity to a single customer.
A loyalty reward allows you to send a loyalty reward (discount code) to a participant when they register for a set number of events 'Entries'.
Please note: In order to have a unique identifier generated for your participants you'll need to ensure you collect date of birth from your participants.
You can access your loyalty reward from within your EtchRock account > Manage Events > Manage All Events > Loyalty Scheme. Alternatively click the below link.

The below guide details how to view and export your loyalty data as well as create and manage loyalty rewards.

Viewing your Loyalty data
The below table lists the number of times a participant has entered an event 'Entries'. If a participant has bought two tickets to the same event this will count as one entry. You can search for a participant using their first or last name and we will show you the result. The table shows the highest number of entries at the top.
Creating a Loyalty Reward
Creating a loyalty reward can be done in any event within your promotional codes section or within your loyalty reward section, see below image. If you click 'Add reward' you'll be redirected to on of your events
When you click add reward you'll be redirected to the reward setup. This is identical to a discount code setup, essentially a loyalty reward is a discount that is generated and emailed to the participant when a trigger is completed.
You'll need to create your reward and set the tickets you would like the reward applied to.
