Setting up early bird pricing on your tickets
When setting up tickets on EtchRock you can create early bird prices and have your ticket automatically increase in price at a specified time or after a certain number of tickets have been sold. There are three ways you can decide on how you would like your prices to increase and each method will allow you to input five different prices.
- Increase price after a specific date and time
- Increase price after a number of this ticket type has been sold
- Increase price after a number of total sales (across all ticket types)
Note: When setting your prices, the main ticket price should be the final price, set your earlybird prices lower than this.
How to setup early bird prices
Step 1 - Navigate to 'Create and manage tickets'
Step 2 - Click 'Add paid ticket'
Step 3 - Open the advanced setting of the ticket by clicking 'Advanced options'
Step 4 - Click the toggle 'Apply earlybird discount', then choose your earlybird type and complete the fields.
Note: Ensure the status is toggled on for each earlybird price. You can disable these individually later if needed.
That's it, your tickets will automatically increase.
