When issuing refunds through the EtchRock platform you have several options available to you. These have been detailed below. For guidance on processing a refund please see 'How to process a refund'.
Refund options
Refund the amount of XX GBP - This means the buyer receives a refund excluding the EtchRock application fee & Stripe processing fee
Refund the amount of XX GBP - This means the buyer receives a refund excluding the EtchRock application fee
Refund the full amount of XX GBP - Please note that when choosing this option you will be liable for refunding the EtchRock application fee
