What is an incomplete order?
The customer started but did not complete their order. If the customer fills in the registration form but doesn't complete the checkout page, we create an incomplete order. In this instance we send the customer a reminder email after 30 minutes with a link back to the checkout page.
Please note, if the customer attempted to make payment but the payment was declined then the order status would show as 'Failed'.
