Pre-entry Waiting List

 

Suppose you have an event set up but you still have some bits to iron out before tickets can go on sale. Consider setting up a pre entry waiting list to allow participants to register their interest. This is a also a great way to build an understanding of interest before committing to selling tickets. 

 

Setting up a waiting list 

 

1) Set the maximum number of people that can subscribe to the list 

2) Set the expiry date of the list. 

 

Once your list has been created it will be visible on your event listing page.

 

The list will be visible until: 

• The list is full
• The expiry date is reached 
• A ticket comes on sale 

Note: If the expiry date of the waiting list has not been reached and a ticket comes on sale. The waiting list will no longer be visible.
