Copy Your Event
Copy your event to easily create a new event with the same details as a previous one.
1. Select the event you would like to copy
Log into your EtchRock account and select the event you would like to copy, you will find your events here. Click manage event which will take you to the overview page.
2. Click "Duplicate Event"
From here you can click duplicate event. It will then prompt you to change the event name, you could simply add the date after.
3. Review all sections of your event
- Basic Info — Update any date or location differences. (You can do this by clicking on "Edit Event" shown in the above image.
- Other Details — Check the event description as you may have updated this since your previous event. This is also a good time to add any additional information the previous event revealed attendees need to know upfront.
**While the duplicate event feature is designed to help you save time, it is essential for you to check you are happy with the full setup of your event.
