Monthly event performance emails

EtchRock provides monthly analytics on the number of people that visit your EtchRock event listing pages and also the number of impressions your event is shown to users on the EtchRock event discovery and the EtchRock social platform. 

Note: Please note this does not include your event tickets page. If you are directing your customers here then the data will not be included. 

Emails are sent out on the 1st of each month and include the below information for the previous month as well accumulated data for all time. 

• External views - The number of visits to your event listing page generated from outside EtchRock, these will include google, social and your own website. 
• EtchRock views - The number of visits to your event listing page generated from within EtchRock, these include EtchRock discovery and EtchRock social. 
• EtchRock generated views - The percentage of visits generated by EtchRock compared to the number of visits generated from outside EtchRock. 
• Impressions from EtchRock - The number of times your event was displayed to a user on the EtchRock platform.
