Send group ticket invitations after registration
When purchasing a group ticket you can send invites to your team/group and enable them to complete their own registration. You can also send the invites after your registration from your EtchRock account within My Orders.
Please note: This is a function that is enabled by the event organiser and it is not always available. If this is the case you will need to contact the organiser which can be done on your order page within EtchRock.
Getting started
To send invites after registration please follow the below steps.
1) Go to My Orders
2) Click on the 'Order Details' containing your ticket
3) Scroll down to view the tickets within the order and then click 'Send Invite' on the ticket(s).
4) Complete the form and click 'Send Invite'.
That's it, we'll email your team/group member a link so that they can complete their registration form and access their ticket.
