Participant - How to defer a ticket

EtchRock helps to facilitate deferrals through the EtchRock platform. Once you have deferred a ticket you will then be able to claim a ticket to a future event. Please note that if you want to claim a ticket to an event that is not currently selling tickets then you will need to wait for the event to be published and tickets to be put on sale before you can claim a ticket. You can start the deferral process before tickets go on sale. 

Note: Deferrals are optional and setup by the event organiser. If deferrals are not available within your order then you will need to contact the event organiser to see what options are available to you. 

How to defer a ticket 

 

To defer a ticket please follow the below steps.

 

1) Go to My Orders

 

2) Click on the 'order details' containing your ticket

 

 

3) Click 'defer ticket'

4) Select the ticket you wish to defer

5) Click 'confirm'

That's it, you'll see a success message and now be able to claim another ticket.
