Create or join a team after registration

If you have bought a ticket to an event and would like to create or join a team you can do this within the order page.

Please note: Teams must be enabled by the event organiser, if you do not see 'Join or create team' on your ticket then this may not be availiable for your ticket type.

Step 1 - Log in to your EtchRock account and go to 'My orders', click on the order you are looking for.

 

Step 2 - Within the order page you will see the tickets purchased within that order. On the bottom right of your ticket(s) you will see 'Join or create a team'.

Step 3 - You then have the ability to search for an existing team or create a new team.
